A. Record labels of the RIAA have been releasing at least 100s of 1000s of "copy-protected" music CDs into the United States. Proof:

B. The record industry is not labeling which CDs are "protected." These CDs should be clearly labeled, because once we buy these CDs, we cannot return them to get our money back. Record stores will only let us exchange them. This is an unfair and deceptive.
