From David Ruck
Two book store chains in Canada (Chapters, Indigo) banned the book from their shelves just this past week because they decided to label it as "hate liturature." The owner of the Indigo book store chain said that she never even read the book but decided to ban it because it was hate liturature. This book only sells about 1500 copies annually in Canada and all the proceeds go to charity. It is often studied by many history students and is something one can expect to be reading in school. The book stores say that it should be accessable by students for the purpose of study, but other than that they are taking it off the shelves. Since this announcement the week of November 25th 2001 it has sold out in stores across Canada.

From the ALA 2000-2001 Books Challenged or Banned
The publisher of the first unabridged Czech edition received a three-year suspended sentence for promoting Nazism. Czech police seized some 300 copies of the book.

From Scott Friedland
Banned in Germany for most of postwar period. While not 'officially' banned today the book still is effectively banned under the ongoing prohibition on printing/displaying Nazi symbols. Also banned in France under a law prohibiting any promotion of Nazism.
