Suppressed by the US government. The book was viewed as being critical of the US policies in Vietnam. The only copies in criculation today are the Book of the Month advance sale editions that were sold and distributed before the government pressured book sellers and the publisher. (I have a copy) It is the sequel to "The Ugly American" by the same authors.
